CALLING ALL SLAYDIES!!
Join AMC Boston Climbers for a slaydies weekend at the Harvard Low Cabin. All (including gentlemen) are welcome to come climb, hike, ski or just hang out, and there will be organized top roping and a communal dinner for slaydies on Saturday (gentleman are welcome to join for dinner but should make their own climbing plans). Alexa Rosenbloom will be trip leader and the weekend is $10 per person per night, payable at the cabin. You can come Fri and/or Sat night, sleep inside/outside/in a tree or just join for toproping and/or dinner.
Please register (for sleeping, toproping, and/or dinner) using the link below. When you've completed the registration form, you will see a link for a Google sheet that can be used to arrange car pooling and other activities.
Details still to be determined on the dinner, but if anyone is interested in cooking or organizing the communal meal, please email Alexa Rosenbloom. (We'd love some gentlemen-allies willing to pitch in if anyone is willing.)
The Harvard Low Cabin is a historic and rustic cabin located on Route 16 at Mile Marker 93.4 in Jackson, New Hampshire. Park at the pullouts on either side of the road and walk up the hill on the east side of the road about 100 ft. Guests will need to bring sleeping pad and sleeping bag as everyone shares the floor to sleep in the cabin's large loft space. There is an open kitchen, drinkable water, an outhouse, and two stoves to heat the downstairs.
Lodging is $10 per person, per night
Dinner is TBD but will be cheap
