The Mountaineering Committee has reserved the Harvard Low Cabin for this Send-tember weekend. Come join us for a weekend of climbing in the Mount Washington Valley area. All are welcome and can contact the host for more information. We have room for approximately 25 people and is first come first serve.
The Harvard Low Cabin is a historic and rustic cabin located on Route 16 at Mile Marker 93.4 in Jackson, New Hampshire. Park at the pullouts on either side of the road and walk up the hill on the east side of the road about 100 ft. Guests will need to bring sleeping pad and sleeping bag as everyone shares the floor to sleep in the cabin's large loft space. There is an open kitchen, drinkable water (smells bad though), an outhouse, and two stoves to heat the downstairs.
The cost is $20 per person and covers your stay for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). One night rates are not available.
To join the trip, enter your information below and you'll be added to the list. Note: your name and email address will be publicly viewable. See this spreadsheet for a list of those registered. You can use this to arrange partners and carpools to the cabin (encouraged! parking is limited). We will not be doing partner pairings on this trip.
You can pay the host for the stay during that weekend. If you're not going to make it after registering, contact the host as soon as possible so your spot can be freed up.
